ENG: The first "Lifestyle As Medicine Center" in the Netherlands combining 3 themes in lifestyle (Body, Mind and Nutrition) in a personalised health program. Three execution departments and a research lab offering the best health services to optimise the lifestyle of our clients. Data of every service (trainings, health and performance progress, diet programs, medical tests) is stored using a unique data concept. This concept "Personalised Lifestyle Dossier" continuously generates/optimises a 360º view which is used to offer a high quality of personal health care. Our mission? Optimising health through lifestyle programs which are scientifically proven. Just like a medicine.

The LAMC360º center is located on an inspiring estate called "Duinlust" in Overveen. For decades this historical estate is known for wellness purposes. At our research and innovation center on the property we also accommodate lectures, events and master classes for patients, doctors, paramedics to spread the word regarding Lifestyle As a Medicine.
