Over La Copa de Maastricht

In 2002 begon Stichting HAIC Events met het organiseren van een voetbaltoernooi als integratie activiteit voor onafhankelijke disputen in Maastricht. Inmiddels is het voetbaltoernooi uitgegroeid tot het grootste ééndaagse studenten-voetbaltoernooi van de Benelux. Met ondertussen een deelnemersveld van 98 deelnemende disputen, oftewel 2500 studenten van binnen en buiten Maastricht.

Waar het toernooi begon op de velden van RKVV Oranje Boys in Oost-Maarland, vind het tegenwoordig plaats bij de gashouder in Maastricht.

In 2002 HAIC Events started organizing a football tournament as integration activities for independent fraternities in Maastricht. The football tournament has now become the largest one-day student football tournament in the Benelux. With a field of 98 disputes, or 2500 students from within and outside Maastricht.

Where the tournament started on the fields of RKVV Oranje Boys in Oost-Maarland, the current one takes place at "De Gashouder" in Maastricht.
