L'Aljerral was founded on November 1st, 2007, in the union of two gentlemen, Mr. Ricardo Peña and Ernesto Ferreira. Two brazilian men who are childhood friends and love to cook. They one day decided to convert their love for cooking into a business and so L'Aljerral was born.

L'Aljerral reflects the indigenous cultures that marked America and the Caribbean which are the Mayan, Inca, Aztec and Arawak cultures. This combined with Brazilian culture to make an unique restaurant.

Established in the The Hague, Netherlands, L'Aljerral has acquired top chefs who produce quality meals which will make you feel in Brazil. L'Aljerral works together with big companies such as Heineken and Vapianos.
