Kyodo Yushi Europe B.V. is part of Kyodo Yushi Co. Japan. As a recognized leader in the grease and lubrication industry, Kyodo Yushi has a dedicated team of lubricating grease specialists worldwide, with a high presence of (global automotive) R&D staff. Here, we are working on new developments, product improvements and testing in close cooperation with our customers: OEM for automotive-, bearing-, precision industry and other industries requiring grease lubrication for their applications.

As a leader in urea grease technology and utilising essence of tribology, Kyodo Yushi has already over seventy years of experience in overcoming challenging requirements. We play an active role in root cause analysis by understanding grease degradation process. Kyodo Yushi advise and, where possible smart screening tests to identify engineering benefits to support grease selection. This, together in close cooperation with customer application knowledge, Kyodo Yushi offers improved quality of greases as a reply to increasingly severe operating conditions of automotive components.

Examples, overcoming fundamental e-requirements:

1. Contribution to CO2 reduction, using friction reducing greases.

2. Endurance: - Ether oil based greases for superior performance without using too costly fluorinated type greases (PFPE-PTFE) - We have many bearing life testers to ensure long life under various conditions; - We can support with used grease analysis.

3. Thermal load/ Thermal speed: we have developed special greases aiming for applications with challenging requirements, such as extreme speed and high temperature requirement, by using our state of the art formulation, material, and manufacturing technologies.

4. NVH / BSR: we have established test methods, formulations, and manufacturing technologies to have various low noise bearing greases as well as damping greases for various automotive components. (e.g. sunroofs, window regulators, switches, actuators).
