Personal coaching and training. (PGB and other). I have positive experience with adolescents cooping with PDDNos. I empower people to get in contact with their neads so they can connect with themselve and their social enviroment. My method is hart-based en solution-focussed. I help to restore the dialoge using Non Violent Communication skills en reflection methods. I train the coachee in NVC and selfreflection.
