What does KOI & Co²? KOI & Co² stands for KOI Conscious Consultancy, is founded in 2010 by Tony Tonnaer. KOI & Co² is based in Amsterdam and focuses on consultancy for: • CSR strategy development and implementation • Interim management • creating total conscious concepts • create and develop denim concepts • lectures and workshops KOI&Co² works on project base, bringing in senior expertise while keeping your costs flexible. What means KOI & Co²? KOI is a Japanese fish which symbolizes luck, love, perseverance and dynamics. This is how I live and work. KOI is also an abbreviation of King Of Ideas, making the best of your concept and business. KOI is also a link to Japan, home of innovating design concepts and premium denim, something I feel very connected to by bringing the concept to the next level. KOI is also a link to nature, something I care about by integrating CSR in modern companies while making a commercial quality product. Co is a classic American abbreviation for Company, my clients I will work for. It also refers to my company, the group of freelancers I work with on concept, design, communication, strategy and financials. Co stands for several meanings which are incorporated in KOI&C0: Conscious, Consultancy, Concepts, Collections, Co2 neutral, Cooperation, Create Organics, Communication. King of Ideas Tony Tonnaer has 15 years of experience in fashion and denim development, sourcing, marketing, management and 8 years in sustainability (see resume).
