Katinka Feijs is a freelance illustrator from Eindhoven, the Netherlands, where she's building her own circular house. As an illustrator she's all about celebrating sustainability, slow living and nature.

She discovered her love for drawing at a young age, but initially chose to study fashion design at WDKA. After working as a designer for several years (Vlisco & King Louie + interning at Viktor & Rolf and Chloé), she decided to switch and pursue an illustration career to live a life with more mindfulness, creativity and meaning.

Her narrative illustrations are soft, colorful and focused on a positive vision of the future for people, animals and the planet. She wants to make the viewer more aware of the beauty of nature, to enjoy the little things in life and create awareness for a more inclusive and sustainable future. In warm tones she paints a world of food forests, vegetable gardens, communities, plantbased food and free people & animals. Katinka dreams of illustrating editorial work, (vegan) cookbooks and educational children's books, to make the world a little brighter.
