Niemand kan zonder thuis. Een dak boven je hoofd, voldoende geld om van te leven en het diepe besef dat je erbij hoort. Toch zijn er in ons land meer dan 1 miljoen mensen die geen thuis hebben. Ze missen wat nodig is voor een menswaardig bestaan. Dat laten we natuurlijk niet gebeuren in een samenleving waarin we omzien naar elkaar. Daarom helpt Kansfonds al 65 jaar thuisgeven. Samen ontdekken hoe het anders kan en wat de maatschappelijke oorzaken zijn van ‘geen thuis’. Gedurfde oplossingen uitproberen. Én een vliegwiel zetten op wat werkt. Net zo lang tot iedereen een thuis heeft.

Everybody needs a home. A roof above their head, enough money to live from and the profound realisation that you belong somewhere. Nevertheless, there are more than 1 million people in our country that do not have a home. They lack what is essential to have a humane life. We cannot let this happen in a caring society. That is why Kansfonds helps out. Together we explore how we can change things and find out what are the underlying social causes of being homeless. By trying out bold solutions and propelling those that work. We will continue to do so until everybody has a home.
