Coaching of individuals on a broad range of questions related to personal effectiveness, work and life, based on the Self Confrontation Method (in Dutch: Zelfkonfrontatiemethode). This evidence-based coaching method is relatively short and highly effective.

It helps clients to gain more insight in themselves: their (unconscious) assumptions, drives and behavioral patterns. This insight is often necessary when confronted with questions about career steps, stress, life purpose in work and relationships and life-transitions. With SCM, the client strengthens his/her ability to make the right choices and to get a new sense of control and purpose.
