We design and manufacture children’s fashion for our own brands and for large retailers. We have a flat, modern organizational structure consisting of top management and over 20 business units that operate autonomously. The result is a vibrant, creative business that is constantly growing and innovating.

People & autonomy Jolo Fashion Group has over 100 employees in Europe. We treasure these seasoned professionals as our chief asset. The majority of them have been with us for many years. We operate within a flat organization structure of small, flexible units that report directly to our top management. Rather than managing top-down, we coach and stimulate our teams and employees to develop and succeed autonomously.

Clients & partnership We believe in operating from a place of mutual respect with our clients, and from a belief in our clients’ vision and product. Before we enter into a partnership with a new client, we take the time to ascertain if there is a common ground in terms of personality, product and business. We feel that this approach has resulted in the strong position that we hold in the children’s fashion industry today.

Strong Heritage Jolo was established in 1976 in the Dutch town of Made. Founders John Lohle and Jo de Laat combined their names to become Jolo Fashion. In the first years the company specialized in children’s coats and jackets for private label. Over the years Jolo Fashion Group evolved into a general children’s wear specialist, designing and producing children’s fashion for all ages, from baby to teenager.
