Jochem Smit Productions is a one-man run company specialized in making documentaries on own initiative, with partners and for cliënts. The company is originally based in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) but operates from within the city of Berlin as an intermediate period, from september 2010. Beside of documentaries made with passion and commitment, Jochem also proved his quality and knowledge in corporate based projects, in registrations, videoclips and research for television programmes. Research, production, camera, sound and editing are all on the menu. Main value of Jochem Smit Productions is: "Gaining deep, qualitative insight in hidden processes, sub-cultures & movements of life by allowing time to pass by during fiming and connecting with the subject". Key themes are: -Sustainable development (and pioneering) in social health-care and educational systems. -Pan-European innovation and exchange of knowledge.
