The concept and mission of JJ aesthetic is quite simple.

We want to make you a better athlete, powerlifter, bodybuilder, mom, dad, coach, accountant, blogger, gardener, manager. In short; we are here for everybody. You are willing to change your lifestyle, eat healthy, workout more often and we are going to help you with that. The workout plans of JJ aesthetic are the first steps into a better life and the best thing is: it's going to be you who did something to change! You might be motivated by something or someone, but in the end it's going to be you and your hard work that counts.

The goal of our workout plans is to help you reach your full potential. When you order a workout plan you will get a training programm, nutrition consult of 30 minutes over skype and JJ aesthetic personal advice on your goals and lifestyle / fitness questions. We also offer extra options to expand your workout plan; Extra skype talks of 30 minutes each week Personal: A personal workout plan for your situation and goals Extra & Personal: The combination of extra and personal.
