With Ivy People I help growing organisations build thoughtful, effective People practices that support both business goals and ambitious teams' wellbeing. With over 15 years of experience in HR and leadership across start ups and scale ups, VC backed tech companies and international environments, I focus on what drives real impact: a culture of connection and high performance.

I work with clients to: • Shape HR strategies aligned with growth, scaling and organisational maturity • Set up solid HR operations and policies that enable flexibility and growth • Strengthen leadership and team development through Learning and Development programmes and training • Coach managers to lead with confidence • Build, develop and coach People and Culture teams that can grow with the organisation • Design fair, scalable processes and frameworks for performance, pay and progression • Improve hiring practices, employer branding and candidate experience • Build people first cultures with a strong sense of purpose and accountability

And anything else People & Culture related that helps the organisation move forward. I tailor my support to what each organisation needs most at that stage of growth.

My approach is pragmatic, people centred and rooted in experience, combining structure with empathy and always with an eye on long term impact.
