Servicing B2B customers in the Finance Sector. Technology-driven with FinTech and PropTech solutions and was one of four “validation institutions” responsible for fraud detection and prevention with regards to property valuation. Customers and Stakeholders included all Dutch Banks, the Financial Services Commission (AFM) and the National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG). Operating in a strictly regulated sector with high quality, risk and security requirements, an annual licence was mandatory, implemented as an addendum to ISO 9001:2008/2015 within a business process management system (BPMS). The company was sold to NWWI at the end of 2019 with Operations support provided in 2020 and Technology support up to the end of 2021. See www.nwwi.nl for further information.
