Our ISWatch system uses multiple infrared sidewall and top cameras to inspect every hot bottle as it leaves the IS machine. Powered by advanced neural networks, ISWatch analyzes each container in real time — assessing glass distribution, temperature, symmetry, verticality, dimensions, and ware spacing — ensuring consistent quality from the very start of production.

Defective bottles are automatically rejected, including those with bird swings, fins, stones, blisters, wedge bottoms, spikes, and many more.

ISWatch combines AI precision with robust infrared vision — enabling glassmakers to take full control of quality directly at the Hot End.
