iPW is an event management agency based in Amsterdam. We specialize in multi-day programs. We also offer hotel sourcing for groups that need hotel accommodation only (without event). Where? Anywhere in the world!

We will provide you with a handful of great options to ensure that you get the best venue, hotel, and providers available on the dates of your program.

Our services are customizable to meet your specific requirements and the goals of your program. You are free to choose if you would like to have iPW (a) manage the pre-planning of your program only, or (b) manage your full program.

(a) Manage pre-planning – iPW will take care of the following tasks on your behalf:

✓ Goal review and selection of program's theme ✓ Identify host destination(s)/city ✓ Check availability and gather proposals from suppliers: venues, audiovisuals, décor, group transfers, VIP amenities, and entertainment ✓ Plan site visit to the venues that you would like to shortlist ✓ Reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts to ensure that terms & conditions are suitable for the program ✓ Contract is signed — Handover with your team

(b) Manage full program – After contract is signed, iPW will also take care of the following tasks if you choose full program management:

✓ Finalizing menu selection ✓ Rooming list management and communicating with the host hotel(s) ✓ Reviewing for any necessary changes and informing all suppliers to update final guest counts within contract deadlines ✓ On-site coordination ✓ Debriefing
