I know how this feels because I lived it. I spent 12 years in B2B sales chasing validation and impossible targets and I was really good at it. Then the questions started getting louder than the career:

Who am I if I'm not achieving? What if I stop? What do I actually want? I left sales, trained as a coach in the Netherlands, and now I help ambitious people understand what's really driving them.

My work is built on three moves: → Calm the noise. It's hard to hear yourself when everything feels urgent. → See what's driving you. The beliefs, the performances, the stories that once protected you but no longer fit. → Trust what you already know. Your intuition isn't magic; it's information your body has been trying to give you all along. I work 1:1 with high-achieving professionals in a signature coaching engagement, and I speak at events and inside organisations on overachievement, performance, awareness, and what's actually running underneath ambition.
