ICP levert de volgende diensten: • ERM (Operational / Financial Risk Management) blueprinting en implementatie, waarbij onze consultants in-house zorgen voor de verankering in de organisatie. • Detachering van business-, financial en procescontrollers voor de professionalisering van de organisatie (onder andere middels kennisoverdracht) en het opvangen van piekbelasting. • In Compliance en Privacy branche-specifieke kennis en (interim) experts op het gebied van onder andere Wft, Wwft, WTT/RIB en KYC/CDD op eerste en tweede line of defense. ICP represents a team of experienced and ambitious professionals who can be deployed worldwide and in particular have vast knowledge and experience in Risk, Compliance and Control in the financial sector, larger SMEs and semi-public institutions. From assessment to implementation, ICP provides the knowledge and expertise with the right people to bring its clients efficiently and effectively in control, and remain in control. ICP provides the following services: • ERM (Operational / Financial Risk Management) blueprinting and implementation, with our consultants providing in-house anchoring of the risk management framework. • Secondment of business, financial and process controllers to professionalize the client’s organization (including knowledge transfer) and providing back-up during times of peak load. • In Compliance and Privacy industry-specific knowledge and (interim) experts on, amongst others, FSA (Wft), AML (Wwft), Trust Offices Supervision Act (WTT / RIB) and KYC / CDD on first and second line of defense.
