Intention is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited leadership and training centre for Transformational Coaching. This form of coaching combines what we experience, think, feel, and do, into a powerful approach to behavioural change. This, in turn, leads to the achievement of ambitious goals and results, both personally and professionally.

We coach, support, train, and guide people to empower themselves and others to discover and fully utilise their talents. Whether you work (or aspire to work) as a leader, coach, executive coach, or internal organisational coach, what you learn at Intention forms an essential foundation for your leadership coaching and enriches your personal development.

Leadership is the central theme at Intention, which is reflected throughout personal and professional development, as well as change management. We believe in a person-centred approach to coaching, talent management, and organisational development.

With over 20 years’ of experience as an HR professional and having worked for various coaching and training organisations, Johan van Bavel, Master Certified Coach (MCC), founded Intention in 2003. The company has grown from a Dutch Centre for Leadership and Coaching into an international organisation offering English language courses delivered by a network of certified, international coaches.
