Inpro interim- and projectmanagement is the company of Arend Rutgers. Arend is an experienced project manager, who combines analytical faculties with pragmatism and creativity. This combination enables him reduce complex projects and environments to their essence and thereby makes them manageable. A division in clearly arranged steps with tangible deliverables (per phase) and continuous interim corrections (no big-bangs) characterize his projects. He is used to work result driven and to manage expectations and scope from the start of a project on a high but achievable level. Keeping in mind that this needs to be done with differing degrees of flexibility depending on the project. He makes his projects transparent for the project owner by a clear approach and consequent reporting, also when problems arise or threaten to arise.
