Innovation Nestor catalyses individuals and small to medium size start-ups from innovation-thinking to innovation-doing. Based on the battle tested Shell GameChanger work practices we support the individuals concerned to develop their novel ideas from genesis to proof of concept. We love to work with our Clients at the very ‘front-end’, exploratory part of an innovation journey where most value is created or lost. We support and mentally enable Clients during the initial stages of their journey to realization of their ideas. We deeply believe that the idea proponents (i.e. the originator(s) of the idea) are at the centre of the innovation process, not Innovation Nestor themselves. And this “process” is complex and emergent, not governed by a linear, step-wise procedure as innovation is about people, not structured processes. Innovation is not about forcing an idea proponent to ‘walk in a straight line’, so to speak, as dictated by a predetermined methodology.
