Over InnoFluidics

InnoFluidics builds the foundation of Agentic Bioprocessing™. Our label-free, multi-frequency impedance platform characterises the intracellular state of individual cells in real time – directly from suspension, without staining, fixation, or sample preparation. The physics is grounded in Maxwell-Wagner dielectric theory, not statistical correlation. Every decision upstream – clone selection, media and feed optimisation, metabolic shift detection, harvest timing, scale-up comparability – depends on cell state. Yet today's bioprocess analytical stack reads the medium, not the cell. The intracellular biology is inferred, not measured. We close that gap at the measurement physics, then build the intelligence architecture above it. Three layers sit on top of the hardware: perception (Coupled Dispersion Analytics), cognition (Biological Behaviour Interpretation), and federated memory (Federated Biological Knowledge). Together they turn direct intracellular measurement into real-time biological reasoning that the process itself can act on – progressing from deterministic look-up tables to shadow-mode validation to supervised autonomous control. InnoFluidics is not an AI company that needs data. It is not a sensor company that needs algorithms. The complete architecture – from the measurement physics to the fleet knowledge repository – is proprietary and patent-protected. The technology is built on roughly 20 years of research. The instrument is deployable in bioprocess labs today. Revenue to date comes from early pharma engagements, including repeat business with GSK. We are currently onboarding a limited group of pharma, biotech, and CDMO partners who will co-shape the roadmap from real-time intracellular measurement to autonomous bioprocess control. Headquartered in Eindhoven (Netherlands), with a sister entity, InnoFluidics Diagnostics, in Diepenbeek (Belgium).
