Inner Lab Coaching is a private coaching practice for tech and Customer Success professionals who have built a life that looks right on paper and still feel something off on the inside.

The people who come here are not in crisis. They are capable and dependable. They have the career, the income, and often a life they built deliberately in a country they chose. And yet, something underneath has not settled. A question or feeling that keeps returning, regardless of what changes on the outside.

Most have already tried the external fixes. A new role. A new city. Better routines. Therapy. Some of it helped. The same feeling came back. Because it was never about the situation. Underneath it is a mix of old patterns, beliefs, and fears, and no external change has been able to shift it.

Inner Lab Coaching works on what is underneath.

The practice was founded by Michel Guerreiro, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with 14 years of professional experience across hospitality, aviation, and tech. Michel spent his final corporate years as a Senior Customer Success Manager in SaaS before building Inner Lab Coaching full time. He has lived what his clients are living. That shared experience is part of why this work lands the way it does.

The coaching runs as one program: Between Chapters, nine sessions across three months. It begins with a free 30-minute first conversation, then a 90-minute discovery session, then eight sessions where the momentum builds. Session by session, what was stuck starts to move. What was invisible becomes something the client can see and choose differently.
