Over Inclusion Lab Amsterdam

Inclusion Amsterdam aims to make inclusion central to the vision of Amsterdam's startup ecosystem, to foster talent, create more relevant solutions, and make for happier employees.

There are learning points to be taken forward from other global startup cities which grapple with managing diversity and inclusion in hindsight. We have to move away from the assumption that everyone has equal access to opportunities, and examine where people get throw off the path, in order to level the playing field.

A meritocratic society is an ideal but not the reality for those affected by conscious and unconscious bias, and privilege.
