Idephix merkingenieurs is an independent management consultancy specialised in branding. We combine strong analytical thinking with out-of-the-box creativity and offer our clients solutions that will improve brand and marketing communication performance. We call this Brand Driven Growth. 'Merkingenieurs' is Dutch for 'Brand engineers', meaning we don't just offer the blueprint but actually also help our clients by managing the implementation/ realisation of their branding projects. More specifically, we do this by: - Formulating brand strategy (direction). - Defining brand(portfolio) roles (structure and clarity). - Developing the brand identity and -position (relevance and focus). - Selecting the appropriate agency/ communication partners (activation and implementation). - Developing and implementing the appropriate metrics (tracking and evaluation).
