Artist Management Our 'Artist Manager' guides the professional careers of artists in the entertainment industry. The responsibility of us is to oversee the day-to-day business affairs of an artist; advice and counsel talent concerning professional matters, long-term plans and personal decisions. 2. A&R Management Our 'Artists and Repertoire' division is responsible for talent scouting and overseeing the artistic development of recording artists and/or songwriters. We also act as a liaison between artists and the record label or publishing company; every activity involving artists to the point of album release is generally considered under the purview of, and responsibility of, A&R. 3. Booking Agent Our 'Booking Agent' is a person who finds jobs for the musicians, songwriters and producers. The agent also defends, supports and promotes the interest of his clients.
