The Hoornaert Group specializes in rendering services to the maritime (shipping and ship repair) and industrial (engineering, construction, repair and machining) sector. - Shipyard de Schroef Shipyard De Schroef is located near Terneuzen, along the canal of Ghent-Terneuzen. The location is perfect for vessels calling the ports of Rotterdam, Flushing, Terneuzen, Antwerp or Ghent. Shipyard De Schroef conducts repairs, conversions, outfitting and new building of seagoing- and inland vessels. The facilities are excellent for services below and above the waterline and our Dry Docks can accommodate vessels up to 162 meters length, a beam of 22 meters and 8 meters draft.

- Lauranne Shipping Lauranne Shipping manages 8 tankers, all commissioned by LS in Romania and Turkey. All management activities, except for crewing, are performed in house, resulting in very short communication and decision lines. LS has its own IT department that has developed all processes and systems necessary to comply with the standards applicable in the oil and chemical industry.
