The Holland Pulse Light sterilization flash machine is a point-surface sterilization technique through an extremely intense flash of light. This light flash with a force of almost 2000 Joule is able to kill bacteria through the enormous energy that is released.

Our applied technique reduces or eliminates the need for chemical disinfectants and the addition of preservatives in which we extend the shelf life and improve the quality of the products. Among other things, the research showed that the number of Listeria and Salmonella bacteria is reduced to 99.85%.

The technology does not only disinfect food and packaging. Due to the germ killing effect, there also appears to be a reduction in the number of allergens that occur naturally in foods.
