Helvetia Finvest BV a private and independent (alternative) Investment & Capital Solutions firm headquartered in Maastricht with rep. offices in London and Luxembourg. Our clients consist of Institutionalised investors, family offices, UHNWI and Small Business Enterprises (SME).

Especially in the aftermath of COVID-19 we see a lot of demand to providing Capital Solutions for SME businesses in the field of bank-refinancings, working capital facilities and acquistion or growth capital financings.

Our activities are based on Helvetia Finvest’s inhouse expertise and extensive (global) network within debt capital markets (green bonds), banking, risk-management, private equity/debt and corporate finance builded by the 2 partners and the team over the years.

We distinguish ourself in the markets due to our practical approach towards investment & capital solutions with the goal to implement custom-made, turn-key driven solutions to service our clients in the best possible way.
