Heart Movement is about moving, writing and living life from the heart.

I work as a: * freelance copywriter * SUPcoach: combining SUP and coaching in 1 on 1 sessions with people who want to connect with their body, heart and mind. Who want to experience balance and are ready for the next step: take matter into their own hands.

I found my joy and sparkle when I started to connect with my heart and my gut feeling. I followed the movement that came with it. It meant quiting my job and starting my own business as a freelancer in online communication: textwriting & blogging and SUPcoaching.

It sounds so easy, but it wasn't. For years I struggled, got burnout (twice) and didn't know what to do. I felt lost and I tried to keep my head above the water. As I look back; I was in survival mode (most of my life basically). I did a lot of research: followed trainings & courses, read a lot of books about personal development, dealing with trauma's and practiced yoga, mindfulness and meditation.

In 2016 I discovered Stand Up Paddling (SUP). At that point I already decided I wasn't going to work fulltime for a boss anymore. Supping helped me to connect with my body, my inner wisdom and made me feel free. Being on the water makes me quiet and peaceful. I started giving SUPclasses and decided: I'm taking control over my life and from now on I'm making choices based on happiness and joy.

So I did and here I am: * Working as a freelance copywriter * Giving 1 on 1 SUPcoaching lessons to people who (also suffered from a burnout and) are ready for the next step: take matter into their own hands.

Because life is too short and too beautiful to be stuck in a job, relationship or life that you don't want. So go after your dreams and make it happen!
