Over Health Innovation School

Initiated by the Radboudumc REshape Center and the Dutch Ministry of Health co-created this program to support future leaders in health(care).

Why The pace, magnitude and complexity of disruption coming to the healthcare system is beyond anything experienced by the sector in the past century. Despite this, the system is still rigid in its reaction to the pace of changes and in its enabling and nurturing of innovation. Innovation that does happen is often isolated at the corners of the system and hits a brick wall before implementation and scaling-up.

How Middle to upper management professionals covering every part of the healthcare sector learn and work together with patients on system-targeted innovation action projects. They learn from and spar with key international healthcare innovation players. The cross-sector connections created during the program allow future innovation to be created and delivered on a system scale.

What The Health Innovation School’s purpose is to simultaneously connect and add flexibility to a great number of pressure points, making the system more agile and better linked.
