Over Good

Good & Co. is a boutique consultancy focused on helping hoteliers accelerate their sustainability ambitions. Our team of female leaders strive to create a more sustainable future for the industry, people and planet.

We develop policies and strategies that have lasting positive impact. By aligning with brands values and goals, we help to implement sustainable practices.

We believe in the power of engaging with all stakeholders to build awareness and support for sustainability initiatives - from guests, to employees, suppliers, and local communities.

By tracking and communicating sustainability impact goals and progress, (including mandatory and voluntary reporting), we support teams at every stage of the journey.

We also ensure that your brand and messaging is accurate and in line with the latest global policies.

Our team works from risk analysis through to strategy and stakeholder sustainability communications, bringing in the right expertise at the moment it’s needed.
