Over GoGemba

'Gemba' is a Japanese word and loosely translated it stands for 'the real place' and thus 'the actual place'; where it happens.

In Operational Excellence (eg Lean / Six-sigma) Gemba is used to observe what is happening on the shop floor. That is where problems usually manifest themselves in processes. From operational, tactical to strategic cause => and so you can improve it!

The philosophy behind GoGemba as a company is therefore "go to the real place!" and thus recognize and improve operational challenges!
