The Company operates through two segments: High-street mixed-use, which acquires, develops and leases shopping malls and office space in these malls, and Office, which acquires, develops and leases offices. The Company owns approximately 10 mixed-use or pure office properties located in the centers or on the main streets of cities in Poland, including Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Krakow and Katowice. Romania-based Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd, through its subsidiary Globalworth Asset Managers SRL, is the controlling shareholder of the Company.
