Fransisco is a senior mechanical engineering practice for the early, uncertain phase of product development, the point where a concept exists but nobody yet knows if it will work.

We take fuzzy ideas and turn them into validated, manufacturable prototypes: first-principles analysis, concept development, FEA, lightweight design, and design for manufacturing. Clients work directly with a senior engineer who stays responsible for the result, through to hardware that performs in the field.

Where a problem calls for it, we integrate fiber-optic (FBG) sensing to measure how a structure really behaves under load, so redesign runs on real data rather than assumptions. It is one tool in the kit, not the whole offer.

Available for freelance early-stage product development and R&D assignments across industrial, automotive, marine, and consumer sectors.
