Developing software requires knowledge in two domains: the subject-matter and engineering. Most members of a team are expert in one and not the other. We want to take you to a time when collaboration is smooth nonetheless, despite differing backgrounds.

Fourdays revolutionizes collaboration. We believe that success happens when the subject-matter expert and the engineer understand and trust each other. We explore the dynamics of this relationship and try to discover how it impacts the way we build software.

And while we figure out how to improve collaboration in an assessable manner, we will build a set of tools that help you apply that approach. In our blog (www.fourdays.nl) we keep a journal of our experiments, and the thoughts and insights we learn along the way.
