- Establishing QA, workflows and project planning for a variety of mechanical and physical tests. - Setting up test plans, including expert aid for product or material qualification programmes. - Close monitoring of tasks, from equipment and instrumentation to resolution and reporting. - Initial inspections of assemblies, tests and reviewing related documentation. - Managing instrastructure and safety around test areas and personnel. - Creating QC processes for product development and testing. - Organizing workspace to comply with 5S rules and building checklists for ISO 17025 certification.
