Flextong B.V. is a company founded in 2014 in the Netherlands with the aim to develop and produce high performance spoolable liner-free composite (FGRE) pipes for Onshore Oil&Gas market. Flextrong B.V. possess proprietary patented manufacturing method and designed, built and proved in action manufacturing line. The proprietary technology allows producing of the spoolable composite pipes without internal liner, mitigating liner collapse and micro-annulus leak risks. In addition, the omitting of the thermoplastic liner leads to higher operational temperature and pressure for the same wall thickness. Moreover, the Flextrong pipes have all advantages of the spoolable composite pipes over the steel solutions: better corrosive resistance, lower OPEX and easier installation.
