FiSer Consulting is a niche and independent consulting firm founded in 2015 in Amsterdam by Dirk Worm and Mischa Wesdorp, now operating across Europe with a second office in Frankfurt. With over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, we have evolved into a European scale-up and are proud winners of the FD Gazelle Award for five consecutive years. In 2025, we were recognised among the top Financial Services consultancies in the Netherlands in Project Management, Risk & Compliance and Banking.
