With the motto “From Charity to Change”, we focus on four strategic pillars, including health, climate, education and poverty. We believe that the power of philanthropy, science and partnerships can accelerate solutions for these pressing global issues.

Firuza Foundation is established by businessperson and philanthropist Nasib Hasanov, to advance his purpose-driven philanthropic mission of giving back to society. Named after Nasib Hasanov's late mother, Firuza Foundation is inspired by her legacy of compassion, kindness and selflessness, as well as by our founder's values of empathy, inclusiveness and care for the underprivileged people.

Our founder, Nasib Hasanov is a self-made successful entrepreneur who has built international businesses in the fields of telecommunications, energy, high-tech, construction and engineering. Prior to establishing the Firuza Foundation, Mr. Hasanov invested more than $50 million through his businesses and individual contributions to support social impact programs between 2019-2024.
