Combining an academic background in adult education with 25+ years of mindful leadership rooted in Tendoryu Aikido, she simplifies digital transformation while emphasizing empathy, focus, and collaboration.

Modern workplaces face challenges such as low engagement, high workload pressure, and limited innovation. The programs offered address these issues by fostering mental health, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
