We believe that people expect more than ever to be able to operate quickly and freely in the workplace. FeedMe is a simple cloud-based app where you decide what you ask, and without unnecessary steps or processes.

We believe that people will be more likely to ask for feedback if there is no manager in the way who may evaluate or judge them. FeedMe does not recognise managers or any roles or link them to any processes. Feedback flows better in a network than a hierarchy.

We also believe in being accessible and inclusive to all people in an organisation. FeedMe is a community of people who connect through asking for and giving feedback.

We believe that people have many different feedback user needs. FeedMe is open for you to decide what you use it for: E.g about your performance, or asking your team if they are happy, scrum team retrospective feedback, feedback after an event or presentation, surveys, engagement feedback, feedback from customers or external partners outside your organisation. You decide.
