Escrow Alliance is a specialised Escrow Agent. Escrow Alliance is based in just outside of Amsterdam in Haarlem, The Netherlands. We provide escrow services to companies in Europe, Asia and the US.

At the moment that the software producer can no longer guarantee company continuity then Escrow Alliance will ensure that the source code is released to the end user, so that they can continue using and maintaining the software.
