As a result of the expansive state of the energy law universe, the increasing number of researchers and universities engaging in energy law research and the many new and interdisciplinary cooperation and conferences in the field of energy it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain track of both events and what research occurs where and by whom.

We, therefore, believe that the moment has arrived to bring the fragmented energy law community closer together through a mailing list, called “EnerLex”, which allows researchers to share for example upcoming events, calls for papers, scholarship opportunities and research output.

How it works

You can subscribe to the EnerLex mailing list by using the following link: http://eepurl.com/ddOqw9 Subsequently, you are invited to send the information you wish to share to community@enerlex.nl Once or twice a month, an email will be sent out to all subscribers with the collected content.

Our goal

EnerLex is managed by three PhD researchers working at the Groningen Centre of Energy Law of the University of Groningen: Gijs Kreeft, Ceciel Nieuwenhout and Jaap Waverijn. The EnerLex mailing list is, however, not affiliated with any institution or organization. Our goal is to provide an independent and low threshold platform through which the academic energy law community can communicate and we aim to include all researchers active in the field. We, therefore, invite you all to join us in thinking about how the platform may develop in the future.

We hope that this mailing list will contribute to an ‘ever closer community’.
