DrIndex is a digitizing system which can manage your paper documents. DrIndex can scan and analyze your documents with OCR software (text recognition software) and store them on a netwerk. The documents are then easily accesible by criteria such as contract number or in voice number. DrIndex is extremely suitable for managing of medium and high volumes of documents, such as contracts and in voices (50 - 2.000 documents a day). DrIndex also facilitates the direct input of documents via email.
