Doors Open Female Hub has created an online and offline community for female leaders and professionals, with a focus on diversity & inclusion and leadership development.

Doors Open Female Hub works with different elements of Learning & Development to create a diversity & inclusion mindset in a sustainable manner throughout the entire company. Doors Open takes a holistic, complexity approach to ensure that the desired change is sustainable and realistic.

It all comes down to emancipating the entire workforce. Using collective intelligence, no matter what role, department, ethnicity, background or gender, allows all employees to reach their full potential. This leads to employee engagement and ultimately a competitive advantage.

Doors Open Female Hub uses somatic coaching & learning to support leaders and professionals through their leadership journey. With the somatic approach, we not only coach cognitively but also focus on patterns that are visible in the body and posture. To make learning stick, you must use your whole body and not just your mind. This way of learning ensures sustainable behavioural change and ensures you can face today’s demands and challenges.
