Culture eats strategy for breakfast. That's why I love working on the People stuff. Solid people operations creates an environment where people thrive. Working at a Start-Up company means building from the ground up, there's some sort of magic in that.

Currently working on: Building People Operations and Culture at Breathomix, A Med-Tech start-up that develops technology for diagnosing conditions and enabling precision medicine via breath analysis. Main projects: Onboarding, HR Policies, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Design, Recruitment, Team Performance, Talent Management, Performance Management and Culture.

My experience in a nutshell: I'm proud of all the cool companies I've worked for. I was lucky to learn the tricks of the trade from inspiring HR colleagues. Intrigued by People, Behavior and Culture I developed within HR and People Operations.

How I work: I like to keep things simple and real. I try to stimulate communication in all kind of ways.
