DHC Holland’s activities concern maintenance operations and asset management of district heating and cooling grids. It’s expertise is used for “damage control”, management support, organizing and optimizing operations, interim management and cost optimization. DHC Holland recognizes the impact of decisions made by owners, engineering consultants, contractors on life time grid operations. Those decisions effect return on investment and thermodynamic performance which are of value to all stakeholders, including the customers that depend on the energy supply for decades. Our experts have hands-on experience in the complete field of heat production (CHP, biomass, geothermal, heat pumps and gas fired boilers), heat distribution, heat consumption and, most important, the interaction between those parts of the chain. DHC Holland is unique by its integral approach, an approach that turned the district heating grid of SVP in Purmerend, the Netherlands, in the right direction with significant reduction of heat losses, repairs and customer complaints and significant improvement in sustainability performance, security of supply and cost to maintain.
