I am a passionate (project) manager with years of experience in Software development, Relation and Stakeholders management, Business development, Policymaking, and Sales management at a medium-sized SME (90 M/200 FTE). Born and raised in Rotterdam, incl. associated network and hands-on straightforward mentality.

Often operating in between strategy and operations, resulting in someone who can read and connect people within organizations at all levels, but who will also naturally ask the critical question.

A (LEAN) reformer with extensive experience in stakeholder, change, and project management. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Leader for improvement projects and certified Product Owner, Scrum Master for Development projects

More than average analytical insight, very solution-oriented and stress-resistant. In addition, very strong organizational, decisive and communicative skills. A proactive attitude easily creates structure in more complex problems with a good antenna for sensitivities and (political) relationships.
