DenseStorage is the partner for customized automated Storage & Retrieval solutions. Our solutions are based on both the i-Collector and Intellistore buffer and sorting technologies. These technologies are used in a wide range of markets and applications for consolidation buffer & sequencing storage, production buffers and more. The basic principle of our i-Collector system is a fast, elevator type of automate storage and retrieval system. The system can handle a wide variety of bins, trays, and other small loads. It is designed to provide (buffer) storage with a high density. The basic sorting algorithms: batch or flexible location management create a sorting and sequencing functionality of the system. Ideal for automated slow mover applications and fast mover solutions. The i-Collector technology is user-friendly and can be easily integrated into an existing material flow or building.

The basic principle of our Intellistore system is a fully automated, grid-based storage and retrieval solution. Using durable aluminum grids, storage bins, and intelligent picker and buffer robots, the system enables high-density storage and continuous 24/7 order picking. Its modular design ensures fast and accurate handling, while optimizing both vertical and horizontal space within a warehouse. The Intellistore technology is ergonomic, user-friendly, and easily scalable. It can be seamlessly integrated into existing facilities, providing a reliable and future-proof solution for automated order fulfillment.
